  • During the warranty period, repair and replacement costs arising from quality issues are covered by us (except for damage caused by human factors).

What precautions should I take before wearing the hearing aids?

  3. Use ear tips that fit your ear canal size adequately.

To help you adjust to the hearing aids, it's essential to undergo a month-long adaptation process:

  1. Week 1: Wear the aids for 1-2 hours daily in quiet environments while conversing with family members.
  2. Week 2: Increase daily wear time to 3-4 hours, still in quiet settings such as parks or during conversations with family and friends.
  3. Week 3: Extend daily wear time to 5-6 hours, including relatively noisy environments like restaurants or supermarkets while interacting with strangers.
  4. Week 4: After adapting to various scenarios, you can wear the aids throughout the day for activities such as studying, communicating, or entertainment.

What should I do if I experience pain while wearing the hearing aids?

If you experience pain or discomfort when inserting the hearing aids, remove them immediately. When attempting reinsertion, carefully follow the instructions provided. If discomfort persists, contact us for assistance. If issues persist despite following our guidance, consult your hearing healthcare professional.
